GemaPCR

Introduction

The Gema PCR plugin is a general purpose implementation of the PCR (Partition-Color-Renumber) concept from the GeMA framework. Its main goal is to implement the algorithms used for mesh partitioning, coloring and renumbering. A description of the objectives and uses of a PCR object can be found in the GeMA reference manual on the gemaModelReferencePCR page.
